Convergenze inaugurates its 4th EVO charging point in Santa Maria di Castellabate.

On 10th August 2018 Convergenze S.p.A. inaugurated the 4th charging point of the EVO (electric vehicles only) network in Santa Maria di Castellabate. The new charging point has been installed in the parking area of the beautiful Villa Matarazzo, in collaboration with Parco Nazionale del Cilento, Vallo di Diano e Alburni.

Convergenze helps Eco-sustainable mobility to grow in our country by providing this service to the many tourists who visit the Cilento National Park.Our charging points have a hotspot for wireless connection that allows charging every vehicle via smart-phone, even without an exclusive contract with Convergenze.

The Mayor of Castellabate, Mr Costabile Spinelli, participated with great interest to the inauguration ceremony with Mr Romano Gregorio, Director of the Cilento National Park, and Ms Alessandra Clemente, Councilor for Youth Policies at the Town Hall in Naples. All of them underlined the strategic importance of the EVO project for the sustainable innovation that is taking place in our territory. Also, the EVO network is the synthesis of the two souls of Convergenze: the Eco-sustainability and the experience acquired in the telecommunications sector.The result is an open network that combines efficiency, technology and environmental sustainability with the aim of obtaining competitive advantages by creating innovation, well-being, growth and sustainable work.
